So I bout a jeep today. It’s a 1995 YJ its presently on tiers that are 38.5 inch tall. Mmmm oo ya the drivers and passenger door don’t open from the outside so to get in I have to go thought the back truck and the bottom of the drivers side door is about 1m+ off the ground. So I laterally have to jump to get in. Just in tiers there’s about 2.5 grands and the jeep isn’t in that bad of shape(body and frame wise but the suspension is so mess-up that I have to rebuild it for $4,500 I have to put about $1000 in parts to buy to fix it(missing sway bars and has a homemade lift kit that’s scary) and then am good to go) under the hood I have a 4L high output with a manual transmission and front locking differential (am probably going to weald the rear one, since its only gona be used off road. Il get pics Tomorrow if it stops raining

part 2
So I did my first off roding drive well it lasted 3.1km exactly. And I didn’t even drive it my dad did and he bandaged my transfrecase. And it just won’t start anymore. So it’s stuck in 4high with isn’t good for offroading and the engine wont even turn over.
So this all happend when my father decided to go for a joy ride with me, my sister and one of my dads friend. Went near to the place were I got stuck wit my atv then on the way back took a different rout towards a kind of service road for bell Canada. The only problem was the 3 foot deep ditch witch we dove in at 30km. thanks god everyone was wearing there seat belts because we went from 30km to like 5km in 3 sec, the momenthom on the jeep actually got it out of the ditch and on the side of the service road but then it died. Capot Tcase stuck in 4high and engine was dead. So we got the other truck with the trailer to get it back but we didn’t have a winch, so we used a coma long (I think that’s what its called) to pull the crippled jeep on the trailer.
But hears the deal my father agreed to buy the jeep for me but I have to do all the modifying and the reapers at my cost. So I think this one is gona cost me abit.

I motion that avroarrow71 be required to post at least once per day. Can I get a second?
Glad you and your family are ok. Hope you can get your Jeep fixed. :)

Sp part 3. > fixed the jeep. It was a transmission mount bracket that’s maid out of rubber. It sheared off on the impact when we dove in the ditch…..it was dried out, so when it did brake it twisted the engine assembly to the left, pressing the transfer case stick to the side of the flour opening. New polyurethane transmission mount was only 40$. But touck me a day to swap. So hear are a few pics of me offloading and the broken bracket( the red one being the new).

So basically we only hose it down with the garden hose, same for the interior (No carpet so there no smell left behind)
